I’ve spent the last decade working in high-stakes supply chain management roles and I know what it means to operate under pressure, to push hard and to run on empty.
I also know what is costs.
My movement practice started as a way to survive a demanding career and manage stress. It became something much more, a daily ritual that taught me the difference between pushing through and breaking down. Between discipline and depletion. Between strength that’s sustainable and strength that burns you out.
That’s what She Moves Daily is built on.
I’m a certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor with experience training clients at Equinox and leading yoga sessions at corporate wellness events. I specialize in beginner strength, mobility, vinyasa yoga and yin yoga recovery and I design training programs that meet you where you are and get you to where you want to be.
I work specifically with women over 30 who are done choosing between their ambitions and their wellbeing - because they can choose both. I work with women who want to feel strong, capable and at home in their bodies, without sacrificing everything else to get there.
I believe the strongest version of you needs both, the effort and the ease, the motion and the stillness. My job is to help you find that balance and build something that actually lasts.

I partner with gyms, studios and corporate wellness events with the intention of building a community of women who are as powerful in stillness as they are in motion.
